Welcome to the ELAMB Youth Leadership Summer Camp
ELAMB Youth Leadership Summer Camp is specifically designed for children aged 10-14 who are interested in improving their leadership abilities in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Through a variety of activities, workshops, and team-building exercises, we aim to inspire and equip our young leaders with the tools they need to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Join us for an unforgettable summer experience that will shape your future and set you on the path to becoming a confident and effective leader.

Team Building ( Jul 10-14)
Your child will learn about the importance of team building, and how to work effectively with others. We believe that teamwork is a critical skill for any successful leader, and we provide your child with the tools and techniques they need to build strong, effective teams.
Problem-Solving Skills ( Jul 17-21)
Your child will learn how to approach challenges from different perspectives, and how to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems. These skills will help your child become a more effective problem-solver and decision-maker, both now and in the future.
Effective Communication ( Jul 24-28)
We teach your child how to express their ideas clearly and persuasively, and how to listen actively to others. These skills are crucial for effective leadership, and will serve your child well in all areas of life.
Personal Development ( Jul 31- Aug 4)
We help your child develop a strong sense of self-awareness and self-confidence, which are essential for any successful leader. Your child will learn how to set goals, make plans, and take action to achieve their dreams.
Emotional Intelligence ( Aug 8-11)
Your child will learn how to manage their emotions effectively, and how to empathize with others. These skills are critical for building strong relationships and leading with empathy.
Time Management ( Aug 14-18)
We help them develop strategies for prioritizing tasks, managing their time effectively, and staying focused on their goals. These skills will help your child become a more organized and productive leader, both now and in the future.
